Golf Cart Reminders: Golf Carts are required to be registered with the HOA office. The decal must be visible on the driver’s side of the front window. If the cart does not have a window, then it is on the front of the hood.
Golf Cart drivers MUST have a valid state driver’s license. A Georgia learner's permit allows you to drive a standard passenger vehicle only with supervision. You must have someone sitting next to you over the age of 21 who has their license and is physically able to drive at the time.
Golf Carts should use neighborhood streets versus health trails If possible. Pedestrians have the right of way on trails. Golf Carts must always yield to pedestrians. Please do not drive golf carts on grassy areas in neighborhood parks and common areas. This damages turf and sprinklers, which results in repair costs being passed on to homeowners.
